Gelila Geremew is a proud alumni of Carleton University where she graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor’s Degree with High Distinction in Political Science and International Relations with a Minor in Philosophy. 
She currently works as a Mentorship Coordinator at Jaku Konbit, a non-profit organization based in the National Capital Region that supports individuals and families of African and Caribbean descent, and other equity deserving individuals, through community partnership and programming. 
In this episode, Gelila talks about the importance of getting involved in your local community and how she hopes to inspire others to do the same.

Jenna Lambert is a graduate of Carleton University with a Master of Social Work. She then went on to earn her Master of Arts in Counselling and Spirituality from St. Paul University. Jenna currently works at Carleton University as the Student Counsellor for ACT to Employ.

Daisy Kasper is a Carleton alumnus who is currently living abroad in Indonesia as an English Teacher. She graduated from Carleton University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Global and International Studies. After graduation she spent two years working for AIESEC Canada and was selected as the National President of the international non-profit.  
In this episode, Daisy talks about how the leadership skills she developed while at Carleton University helped shape her future careers.

Aala Ridha is a graduate of Carleton University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Following her undergraduate studies, she earned her Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa. Aala currently works at Carleton as a Manager of Student Mental Health and Wellbeing at the Care and Support Office. Outside her work at Carleton, Aala is a Registered Psychotherapist who offers mental health support through her private practice. 
In this episode, Aala discusses how important both on- and off-campus support was to her success as a Carleton student and encourages others to do the same.

Emily Koch and Paige Kahkonen are both alumni of Carleton University who pursued Bachelor of Journalism. As co-founders of Koch and Kahkonen Communications, they have a strong entrepreneurial and creative spirit. They are passionate about strategic communications, marketing and journalism. Their goal is to create content that is informative, engaging and results-oriented.

Mariana Queiroz is an alumnus of Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology. She is eager to spread awareness about the international community and encourage more resources that focus on improving the transition of international students to a new country. Currently, she works as an Outgoing Exchange Coordinator where she plans and implements international-focused events and facilitates cultural-awareness workshops.

Jaime is a storyteller, community advocate, and Carleton alum (B.CoMS ‘20). They have used their degree and lived experience as a non-binary person to improve trans inclusion and safety at Carleton, manage communications and fundraising for Options Bytown Non-Profit Housing, and to promote the rights and safety of queer and trans youth in their work with the Canadian Centre for Gender & Sexual Diversity (CCGSD). 
 
Jaime is also a performer and theatremaker; they served as co-producer of the Fresh Meat indie theatre festival, and can be seen on stage in choirs and musicals, including with Tone Cluster: Quite a Queer Choir. Jaime recently returned to Carleton’s campus full time in a communications role with the School of Journalism and Communication. 
 
In this episode, Jaime explains self-identity, authentic allyship and ways to show support for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.

Sarah Morse is an alumnus of Carleton University with a Bachelors of Science in Neuroscience and Mental Health. Sarah is passionate in the field of primary care where she believes in using holistic and integrative approaches to health and wellness which encouraged her to dive in the field of Naturopathy. She is currently pursuing Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. 
In this episode, Sarah discusses what encouraged her to get into Naturopathy and how she bounces between the different areas of her life while taking the time to prioritize her wellness.

Morghan Manuel is an alumnus of Carleton University with a Bachelors of Cognitive Science in Languages and Linguistics and a Minor in Applied Linguistics and Discourse Studies. Throughout her degree, Morghan learned to manage her academics alongside her duties as a Residence Fellow, all while maintaining a sustainable work-life balance. She has since recently graduated from Dalhousie University after completing a Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology, and now works as a full time Speech Language Pathologist in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
In this episode, Morghan discusses her academic journey at Carleton and the challenges she faced pursuing such a competitive program while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
